Welcome to Speak Clear ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Speak Clear mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Speak Clear is an AI-powered English pronunciation learning application that helps users improve their speaking skills through voice recording, AI analysis, and personalized feedback. The App provides pronunciation assessment, real-time feedback, and progress tracking features to enhance your English language proficiency.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.

All content, features, and functionality within the Speak Clear app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio content, AI models, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Speak Clear and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
By submitting audio recordings and other content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing our services, improving our AI models, and enhancing the App's functionality. We will not share your recordings publicly without your explicit consent.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment methods will be clearly communicated within the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are governed by the app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you purchased the subscription.
Speak Clear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:
You acknowledge that language learning results vary by individual and depend on many factors including practice frequency, effort, and aptitude.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speak Clear, its creators, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Speak Clear and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that is harmful to other users or our services. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mozambique, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of arbitration in Mozambique, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Speak Clear regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
